Yongkang Miaotong

Our 16,278 m² Yongkang plant is built around a single principle: everything that touches the cup happens here. Stamping, vacuum welding, polishing, spraying, decoration, leak-test and packaging are arranged as a continuous flow so any reject is caught and replaced before the carton is sealed.

Stamping & deep-draw

11 hydraulic presses, quick-change tooling, line conversion under 90 minutes.

Step 2

Vacuum welding

8 automated welders pulling <0.05 Pa, locking in lifetime insulation performance.

Step 3

Polishing & finishing

Cleanroom-adjacent hall preventing dust contamination of color coats.

Step 4

Decoration

Silk-screen, laser engraving, sublimation and UV transfer — all in-house.

Step 5

Assembly & leak test

100% inspection on every unit before the carton is sealed.

Step 6

Pre-shipment QC

Third-party inspection ready (SGS, TÜV, BV) before container loading.
